Community care

If you or someone you know or look after has difficulty with day-to-day living, you may be able to get help called community care. Community care can be for people who have a disability or illness, or for people who look after someone who cannot look after themselves. This film looks at some commonly asked questions about community care.

Would you like to speak to somebody?

If you would like to speak to somebody, ask us to call you. You can request a call from our helpline using minicom or typetalk.

If you need advice on Housing, Debt, Employment or Welfare Benefits, and you have a web cam and broadband connection, you can get advice online from a caseworker.
