Will I have to wait long to see someone?

No – one of our reception staff will ask you what your query is about and arrange for one our advisors to see you in a confidential room to discuss your problem as soon as possible.

My English is not very good. Can you help?

We can arrange for an interpreter to be there when we discuss your case so that you fully understand what we can do to help you. Just let one of our reception staff know what language you would prefer to use.

Can I get my wheelchair into the centre?

We do have access for wheelchairs. The main reception at Essex House has a lift which provides full access for wheelchair users, we are then situated on the ground floor. We can make an appointment for you at one of the Customer Service Centres we will be using to deliver advice within the community. Please ask our reception staff for details.
